How to get the Soul skin on PC or console

1. Identify your Fortnite account before checkout. Sign in to Epic, open Linked accounts and check the display name beneath your PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo account. It should match the console profile with your existing Locker.
2. Review the account before paying. Open the Epic game listing and check who is signed in. For game-content differences, use our Standard and Deluxe comparison.
3. Open Fortnite to check your Locker. The reward is usable on the purchase account's linked consoles too.

Use this checklist to locate a purchase or account mismatch before spending again. It is not a claim that every missing reward has the same cause.

Confirm the order actually belongs to this account

In Epic account settings, go to Transactions, then Purchases. Find Phantom Blade Zero and expand the order; use Show More for older purchases. Compare it with your receipt. A game bought from another store will not become an Epic purchase just because you linked accounts. Epic's purchase-history instructions show where to check.

Check the console profile, not just the email address

Linked accounts shows the platform display names. If yours is absent or wrong, sign out of Epic and use your console's sign-in button to identify the Epic account behind that Fortnite profile. The console and Epic email addresses can differ.

If Epic asks you to finish setting up an account, you may have an automatically created console account. Follow Epic's account-specific instructions. Do not unlink a working console profile as a quick fix: it can lose access to the progress and purchases on its original Epic account.

If the game was a gift, check acceptance

Epic gifts need to be accepted on the recipient's Gifts page. The sender can expand the transaction and check the Gifted to display name. Epic also distinguishes accepting the game from accepting gifted Fortnite items. Use its missing-gift guide for that branch.

If the order and account match, contact Epic

Keep the order number, purchase date, Epic account ID and the affected console profile ready for Epic Support. Explain which items are absent and which checks you completed. Share account details only through Epic's support flow. We cannot inspect your transaction or promise a delivery time.

Refunds and the 1,600 V-Bucks rule

Refunding the game removes its promotional items or replacement V-Bucks.

After an eligible Epic game purchase, prior Item Shop buyers may instead receive 1,600 V-Bucks once, for outfits bought within the preceding 12 months. This is compensation, not a confirmed Shop price.
